Founder & Chairman
Olanrewaju (Jay) Adewole is an entrepreneur, business leader, and advocate for African enterprise. He founded the Eli Adewole Foundation with a clear vision: to empower entrepreneurs across Africa with the support, structure, and opportunities they need to build sustainable businesses and create lasting impact.
He believes entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful drivers of economic transformation. Through the Foundation, he is committed to helping emerging founders access practical training, mentorship, strategic guidance, and growth opportunities that can move their businesses forward.
Jay’s leadership reflects a strong belief in building people, not just programmes. His vision is centered on helping entrepreneurs grow with clarity, confidence, and the capacity to create jobs and strengthen their communities.
